Mothwasp take the firmly established holy trinity of a bass / drums / guitar outfit and combine it with vintage slide-projection equipment in an attempt to conjure up the sensation of being sucked into a black hole. Live Sci-fi ambience meets video nasty. The group consists of Matt Watkins (Beat13, Gorillaz), Stephen Taylor and Richard Williams (Calvados Beam Trio) and this is their first public performance.
